I'm working on an update for the osba website. Do you have any ideas for the update. I'm planning on an area for photos. How about a chat room? Would anyone use one?
Ideas please.

I would like to see my name on the swarm removal page, as I requested when I joined.
Thanks, Roger

Roger, I never got your message to be put on the list. Please e-mail me at ccbee@intergate.com with the info you want listed, phone number, area you would like to cover, e-mail address and mailing address if you want it listed. I'll get you on right away. Thom

Thom, I think the photo idea would really enhance use of he message board. I have never figured out where to post pics elsewhere and would be happy to post them in our own page. Chat would be a try and see option. Might be fun!

To post photos here you need to have them on a web accessable site. I'm sure Yahoo offers a photo hosting service fro free. If not you need to search for free photo hosting. As for photohosting on the osba site, it can be done but I will have to upload them since that procedure requires FTP access to the entire site.
A chat room might be fun if you leave it running in the background when you are on line.
The changes I'm working on aren't all that drastic to the site. Mostly just a new navigation bar with more buttons and one that is set in a frame. Right now the code for present button bar sits on every page and it takes up a lot of space, so soon there will be one page with the navigation code and each page will call it up without it being embedded. This probably means nothing to anyone other than code heads, but believe me it will be a big improvement and should make the site run faster. Remember the old website (3 years ago)that took forever to load? When we got rid of all the Java it went a lot faster. I'm thinking my new coding will make the site even faster.

O.K. Thom, now listen up! Somewhere on the internet I have seen a video game of boxing. If you set up a chat room, I want a link to a boxing ring . Then, if you are chatting along and someone gets mouthy, CLICK, all of a sudden we are in the ring. DING!!!!!!! Uncle Normy
