We will have our monthly meeting this Friday, March 26th at 7:30 PM in our regular meeting place, the Capital Center on the SW corner of NW 185th and NW Walker on the border between Beaverton and Hillsboro. Come at 7PM for socializing before the meeting starts.
The theme for this month's meeting will be Swarm Causes, Swarm Control and Catching Swarms. With the warm weather starting early this year, we already have had swarms. So, let's do what we can to prevent them and catch them whenever possible.
We will also discuss our regular monthly meeting night and change if the club decides another night might be better.
We should have new members joining us as we had over 30 new and not-so-new beekeepers attend our Beekeeping School last week. A one-year membership was part of the Beekeeping School package.
As always, we will also have our regular discussions of your beekeeping activities and beekeeping tips for April.
This month's raffle prize will be a nuc full of bees courtesy of Chuck Sowers.
