Just curious as to who of the users of this message board are planning on going to the conference in New Port? Maybe we should set a time and place to meet face to face. And if so...no boxing matches between Rbees, Alex and Norm. It's interesting when you have those three put together you have three political parties...Norm being a Whig.  |

Thom & I both,admire our great friend & brother in the ring, Norm Counterman, but just to set a ground rule: There will be NO boxing at the conference! As always, this will be a refreshing, peacefull event, meant to recharge us all for the coming years. Just like this fine message board, the conference is about BEES, fellowship, education, making bonds. If anyone really. really needs knocked down with a single punch,,,well, let me know. I guess I can easly arrange that!   |

I'm sure you are all so sad, but no can do this year. Maybe next year or some other event. Just returned from a trip to Washington D.C. The money has been all used up ;D |

My 86 year old grandmother and I (plus wife and son) will be coming. My wife and son will be doing other things.
I felt I should come to this year's meeting even though, admittedly, I am getting weary of these meetings. I've attended at least the past 5. I'm glad it's a new location -- Hood River was getting real boring.
As president of TVBA, I've met prospective speakers for our local meetings -- so that's part of the reason I keep coming. I also want to support Harry and Kenny.

This conference is going to be different.
As soon as I log off of this board, I'll e-mail you the final agenda and you'll see what I'm talking about.
This is a down to earth Bee-meeting.
I enjoy the leading edge stuff, but this year we are having us a statewide BEEMEETING.
We should all go away relaxed, recharged and ready to get a fresh start in the upcoming season.
Todd, you're going to have a blast!
