How is the honey judged at the state fair? Do they want it filtered clean or just mostly clean. Do they go on taste etc etc WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING AT??? ;D

And to add to this, I would very much like to see a sample of a score card/sheet that the judges use. Where could I see one??

I understand that Sheryll at Ruhl Bee does some judging. She may have some resources for you. Also there should be color chart that comes with a refractometer.
