Thom,
Yes, there usually is a screen in the meeting room.
Heck, during the first night of this year's bee school we walked in and they had even left a projector in the room for us to use! Those Community Colleges are great, aren't they Thom?
Even if we don't have a screen there will be a white wall we can use.
Do you have your own projector? If not, I am sure you can use Harry's.
By the way, what title do you want me to use in the newsletter for your presentation?
After your slide presentation is finished and all questions are answered, we now plan to have some kind of discussion on swarm control to finish out the evening, so be prepared.
I am really looking forward to your coming to share with us.
See you then, Ken
P.S. I just saw your picture on the OSBA site from field day last Saturday. You and Harry look just dandy in your Uncle Normy hats! I’m still laughing….

Hey Harry, I told you I could bait Ken into posting. You owe me a beer.
I will bring a projector, but it is good th have a back-up. I have the slide show on my lap-top.
Now a title..."Death to all bees", "Kill your bees, make more money". How about "An Idea of Depopulation."
As for your discussion of swarm prevention, If you depopulate your bees in the winter, swarms aren't a problem in the spring.
I'm looking forward to coming as well. I'll get there early so I can get liquored up before I speak...just kidding.
Also, the meeting room, isn't there a map to it on your newsletters?

Once I delete it, it's gone. It's a web site management strategy. Keeping the site files clean makes it easy and less confusing in the long run. I'll figure it out.

Thom, Another thing or two I have been thinking about and am sure you will cover thoroughly in your presentation: How would the average hobbyist develop a market for honey where he can get $6.00 a lb? Can you bring some examples of your packaging to the meeting? I am sure that this is very important to the marketing aspects of this whole endevour.
I will be all ears. Ken

Look at this Harry, Ken posted another message. Next thing we'll see is Ken picking on your uncle, Norm.
I will bring some examples. That's a good thing about a pure product. It sells all on its own. I have other hive products that I plan to market this year as well. I will bring thm, too.
Also, while I have you here, when do you start planning for the State Fair?
