Hello,
I am a semi-commercial beekeeper looking for a small piece of land to put about 50 hives of bees. They are in pallets and do not take up much room. I would need to visit them fairly regularly and be able to access via truck. If you have an apple orchard, blueberry farm, fruit trees, etc.. that need to be pollinated I can provide that. It would be ideal if I could keep them there year round. I can also pay you in free honey at the end of the season or money, whatever we can agree on. Give me a call if there is something/somewhere I can use to help grow my apiary. Thank you very much, I appreciate it.

Hi Tim, I see that your post is from March so I may be getting to you too late but I'm actually looking to make a little extra income and have several acres (total of 10 but our house and outbuidlings are a small part of that) that I think would be great for beekeepers looking for land. We don't need honey or pollination though, just a few sources of extra income. We have mason bees and lots of friendly happy bumblebees, a few wild honey bees flying around - that's enough for our own fruit trees and blueberries. If this land is still of interest to you, let me know. We're in West Salem.
Thanks! CB Wiggy

Tim,
We are interested in added bees to our property. We have 80 acres and are planning to add 2 bee hives. We would be willing to allow you access to our property in Yamhill, but 50 hives is too much for us consider at the start. Would you be willing to consider managing 8 of your hives and our two? We would pay for our expenses and no compensation would be required for us other than honey from our 2 hives. Please let me know if you are interested and want to talk. Quinn Stepan
