State Fair and/or Fall Conference

Has anyone heard anything about how to voulnteer for the stae fair booth and/ or registering for the fall conference? I know Trevor wasn't going to head the state fair booth and they were looking for someone to take it over. If I lived closer I'd think about it. I always try to volunteer for a day working in the booth though. It's a great booth and I hope it doesn't go away.
The bee magazines are all advertising for the fall conference but I haven't seen any posts about it.

Does anyone know anything about these 2 things?
