The mead that was made at the convention is in the "can" so to speak. It has turned out well. With some time/age it may reach excellent. Thank you Harry for the honey. Soo I will now put Harry on the spot in public forum. I am wanting to do a blackberry mead. Think "port wine" like but with mead. Needed: nice delicate berry honey, also some meadowfoam to finish it. I have done this in the past with blueberries, with FANTASTIC results. So what could go wrong?

You need to run that through a distiller and make some honey brandy.
