Hello all! This year I am officially a new-bee beekeeper. I finally have a little backyard and the time to dedicate to something that I wish I would have gotten into a lot sooner. I've been doing a lot of reading in preparation for the new season and came across a mention about becoming a certified Welsh Honey Judge in "Beekeeping: For Fun and Profit." However, whenever I try to find any information online I can't find any classes/opportunities in the Oregon area... or anywhere that's remotely close. I love bees and I love honey and I'm ready to dive in and get sticky. Would anybody be able to help me, or at least point me in the right direction? Thanks, Nick

Eat lots of Welsh honey and become a better judge of it.
