We will be discussing what the needs of your hive may be during the early spring build up and how to work with your bees to prevent swarming.
Herb will be presenting information regarding the resources availiable to us on the World Wide Web.
Kevin will be a giving part 2 of his presentation on Walter Wrights "Checker Boarding" as a management method including "The Pollen Box", His observations on "Supercedure" and PNW adaptations.

When: Last Wednesday of the month at 7:30
Where: The OSU extension office at 18630 SW Walker Road Beaverton enter from the south side. The OSU extension office is in the Capitol Center on the SW corner of 185th and Walker road in Beaverton. Park in the South Parking lot, Enter the Lot at the traffic light on 185th just south of Walker road by the Parr Lumber distribution center. Enter through the south entrance next to the shipping dock, it is labeled D1 above the door. The room is available at 7:00 for anyone who would like to come early to socialize or "talk shop".
