The Vernonia Fire Dept has a house they use for practice. They chop holes in the roof smash down the doors etc.
Well they plan to burn it later this fall or early winter but there is a hive of honey bees in it. They said the hive has occupied the outer wall in one corner of the house for about 5 years.
This could be an experience for someone who wants to try doing a cut out and not worry about the risk of doing too much damage.
