The year, 2007 started out with beekeepers reporting some of the best looking bees in over 20 years. OSBA president, Chuck Sowers reported that his bees were the best that he has seen since the mites came to town. So what did we do with such providence? Well, speaking for myself, I did a lot of different things. Some efforts delivered amazing results, others were miserable failures. There are some things I would like to just forget. But rather than forget; why don’t we talk about it. We can save each other a lot of wasted time by sharing both our successes and failures. This will be the focus of the October meeting. We will start with a short presentation and then the meeting will open to a moderated roundtable. Please reflect on your work with your bees in 2007 and consider sharing what you learned. Don’t miss the October meeting. With all of the work behind us for the year, this meeting should be a lot of fun! :-) See you there! Harry
